On January 18, 2008, Jim Pannell and Jon Pannell acted as bond counsel for the Ware County School District in the issuance of $10,000,000 of General Obligation Sales Tax Bonds. The proceeds from the bond offering will be used by the School District for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, and equipping capital outlay projects at all schools in the County, including specifically major projects at Ware County High School, DAFFODIL Pre-School Center, Ware County School of Agricultural, Forestry, and Environmental Sciences, Waycross Middle School, and Ware County Middle School.
