Tom Gray, Jim Pannell, and Jon Pannell served as bond counsel on over $650 million of Georgia municipal bonds, county bonds and city government bonds issued by local governments, school districts and public authorities during 2007. Tom has over forty years of experience as bond counsel, and Jim has worked in the area of government and public finance for over thirty-three years. During this time, the Savannah law firm’s partners have rendered approving opinions on over $11 billion of new tax-exempt bond financings. 

During 2007, real estate lawyers Marvin Fentress and Kanda Harvey provided legal services to businesses, individuals and lenders in over 200 government, residential and commercial real estate transactions on Georgia real estate property valued in excess of $500 million. Marvin has over twenty-one years of experience handling all types of real estate and commercial transactions, including zoning law.
