Kandice N. Harvey is a partner who works primarily in the areas of municipal finance and commercial real estate.

Ms. Harvey is a native of Jesup, Georgia. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. While attending the University of Georgia, Ms. Harvey was inducted into the national criminal justice honor society of Alpha Phi Sigma and was a member of Chi Omega Sorority.

Upon her graduation from the University of Georgia, Ms. Harvey attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University where she received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2005. While attending Mercer, she was a member of the Mercer Law Review and served as Managing Editor during the 2004-2005 academic term. Ms. Harvey was also a member of the Brainerd Currie Honor Society and the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society while at Mercer.

Ms. Harvey is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL), the Savannah Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Savannah Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. Harvey was a member of the 2007 Leadership Academy for the State Bar of Georgia. She is admitted to practice law before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
