Thomas S. Gray, Jr.

Thomas S. Gray, Jr. is a partner concentrating in municipal bond law, public finance, and real property law. A native of Athens, Georgia, Mr. Gray received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1959 and his J.D. from the University of Georgia in 1961.
He served two years (1961–1963) as an assistant staff judge advocate in the United States Army at Fort Dix, New Jersey, and later served eighteen years as an assistant staff judge advocate in the United States Air Force Reserve.
Mr. Gray holds an AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating. He is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Savannah Bar Association, and has served as a member of the State Bar Disciplinary Board.
Mr. Gray has also served as General Counsel for the Savannah Economic Development Authority and the Georgia International and Maritime Trade Center Authority. He has been a panelist at the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) annual municipal bond seminars and a program speaker at public finance seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Georgia.
